 Partner effectively within HR, regional and local, and with line management to ensure the delivery of the organizational people agendas and KPIs

 Deliver both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to employees and managers, including performance management, organizational design, talent acquistion, development and management

 Identify and recruit high-caliber talent with a view to cultivating a flexible culture with aligned initiatives to provide a maximum return on investment in human capital.

 Partner with leaders to help drive business performance using sound HR knowledge in the areas of workforce planning, change management, employee productivity, recruitment and slection, and employee relations
