In KPI OceanConnect we are looking for a Student Assistant to support in developing and maintaining the marketing and administrative functions of our digital procurement platform AuctionSite (AS).
All facets of marketing and administration of the platform will be handled in this position: data analysis, research, creative campaigns, and planning direct marketing, in cooperation with KPIOC Marketing Group.
As our Student Assistant, you will be part of KPI Global Accounts in our office in Middelfart. You will join a fast-paced but truly dynamic team. Reporting to the director responsible for sales and marketing of the platform, your role will be to assist in identifying potential clients, creating, and executing sales promotional activities. The position is part time, approximately 15 hours per week, and we will support you in balancing work with studies.
Your primary work tasks will include:
- Handling administrative tasks and maintain registration of supplier and customer contact details
- Maintain and develop invitation, notification, and fixture confirmation system emails
- Communication with internal and external customers
- Maintain and development of marketing material, user manuals, and reports
- Internal communication, presentations, social media, and videos in cooperation with KPIOC Marketing Group.
Your profile
We envision that you are a student pursuing studies in Communications, IT, or Business Administration and that you are eager to learn and enhance your skills within KPIOC. In addition, we anticipate that you:
- Possess excellent communication skills in English
- Hold digital knowledge and analytical skills (Power Bi)
- Are strong in PowerPoint
- Are independent, detail oriented, well-organized, and can manage multiple tasks
- Are a critical thinker and a collaborative team member
