The Role:
Are you driven by results? Do you have a history of high performance? We are currently seeking a qualified sales professional in our Beijing office to focus on growing our client base in Huabei Area!


As a Business Development Manager at SHL – a global director in talent solutions – you will actively hunt for new accounts and generate new business revenue, build a strong portfolio of Enterprise segment prospects, drive revenue growth and new sales of SHL Talent Assessment Solutions.


SHL provides front line talent management solutions and assessment tools to multi-national companies throughout the world, assisted by our global footprint in more than 50 countries. As our presence across the region to grow, so do the career opportunities for audacious sales staff.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Find and develop new sales opportunities and own the commercial negotiations to close new contracts

  • Handle inbound sales drives in a timely manner

  • Deliver sales presentations in customer meetings

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to generate new sales drives through various marketing campaigns across the year

  • Prepare sales proposals and manage RFP bidding processes

  • Collaborate closely with our consulting team in both the pre-sales and after-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Provide accurate sales forecast

  • Achieve assigned KPI and maintain the record in Salesforce.com

Required Acquirements & Experience:

  • 5 years’ total work experience ideally in a B2B sales environment

  • Degree holder

  • Proficiency (oral and written) in both English and Chinese

  • Experience selling to Human Resources Departments is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent networking and negotiation skills

  • A team-player and adaptable to changes in the business environment
