Job description:
Role and responsibilities:
Strategy
- Understands procedures, work orders, Drawings, set-up sheets and Part Report and follow work instructions to plan the job layout with as few set-ups as possible.
Execution
- Sets-up machine as required using prescribed detail and operating procedures.
- Monitoring and manage cutting parameters such as speeds, feed rate, depths of cuts and etc. during machining with relation to parameters specified in the program instruction.
Building Capabilities
- Promptly reports any operational problems or safety issues with machinery, tools or equipment to Line Leader.
- May perform additional operations on product such as cleaning, deburring, stamping and sanding. May learn and perform preventative maintenance on assigned machines.

You are meant for this job if:
- NITEC in Precision Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Minimum three years’ experience in oil tool industry
