Inside Sales Representative - Remote [Canada]


 

The STEM Montessori Academy of Canada (SMAC) is a registered not-for-profit regional science technology engineering and math (STEM) program open to all students with the mission to deliver top-notch STEM literacy and application. The STEM program will educate students from preschool to high school. The SMAC will specialize in an advanced, bar-none STEM-based educational curriculum that emphasizes the interconnected subject areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).

Our Advancement division is currently hiring for an Inside Sales Representative who has a knack for selling and closing accounts in a business-to-business environment in both local and international markets. All leads and contacts are provided.

In a fun laid back environment earn a base salary on a sliding scale of performance and up to $10,000 in MONTHLY performance bonuses earning 25% of overall sales. If you are a proven sales professional the bonuses will be your motivation.

COMPENSATION / BONUS STRUCTURE AND INCENTIVES:
· Base salary $15.92 - $17.94 per hour
· Weekly cash performance incentive bonuses
· Ability to earn performance bonuses up to $10,000 per month earning up to 25% of overall sales.

Duties:
· Work internally with our team to achieve monthly sales targets through team approach
· Ability to communication our bottom line and messaging to various different stakeholders locally and globally.
· Reach out to our stakeholders and potential clients via cold calling, emails and social media.
· Ability to deliver high energy and effective messaging presentations about our services in varying markets.
· High knack ability to close accounts
· Excellent communication skills

Training:
Training is provided both paid within the virtual office and self-directed through videos (which is unpaid)

Job Requirements:
· 2 + years of PROVEN track record of closing sales and/or maintain business to business accounts
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Excellent communication skills
· Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
· Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
· Flexibility to work during business hours. (1 morning or afternoon per week required for a 30-minute team meeting telephone conference)
· A self-starter, highly organized, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, with the ability to quickly adapt to change.
